A mismatched pair
Nothing goes together, least of all Branka and Rogér. Both characters of the Duo Diagonal are like hot peppers and satin slippers. Branka, the south-eastern European force of nature conquers the hearts of the audience from the very first second. Rogér though is a German entertainer with charme between dubios used car dealer and loveable jerk.
Together, they bring a haywire spectacle to the stage, something between colourful varieté and weird slapstick-comedy. Here, they roast the show business to the heart's content.
Since 1999 Deana and Holger Ehrich have been on the road as Duo Diagonale, with over 2000 shows from Tuttlingen to Tokyo, from Hamburg to Hong Kong. Their programmes have been awarded multiple times, most recently at “Kölner Applaus” in 2019.
