The international festival of street arts congratulates the Vegesack harbor on its
400th anniversary with a special maritime program.
Sea bears, bathing mermaids, harbor singers and penguins cavort at the harbor edge, sailors invite to find ships and in the evening a marching band takes to the skies.
The program is open to the public and free of charge.
