la strada is looking for an intern

From June 7 - 9, 2024, the 30th International Festival of Street Arts will take place in Bremen. LA STRADA is one of the most renowned festivals for theater in public space in Germany. LA STRADA is now a permanent fixture of Bremen's cultural summer and offers surprising and impressive shows every year.

For the planning, organization and implementation of the festival, we are looking for an open-minded intern with enthusiasm for the performing arts from April 1, 2024.

The tasks include working in the following areas
> Supporting the entire festival organization
o Approval procedures
o Cooperations

o Volunteer management
o Interface between technicians and artists 


> Assistance with strategic and operational marketing including press relations
o Researching, editing and creating text material for the program booklet
o Creating press releases
o Maintenance of the artist database and website
o Management of the social media channels

> Willingness to work outside normal office hours (especially during the festival) 

> Confident (!) command of written and spoken German and English; very good IT skills (especially Excel and Word).
