LA STRADA MACHT SCHULE!

LA STRADA - international festival of street arts will take place for the first time on Friday morning in the Wallanlagen and on the Common Ground on the forecourt of Theater Bremen.

For 31 years, LA STRADA - Internationales Festival der Straßenkünste in Bremen has been inspiring visitors with creative, touching and surprising artistic impulses that make public space a new experience. Every year, the festival attracts many visitors of all ages and transforms the city into a lively stage. It offers both professional artists and up-and-coming talents a platform to present new forms of performative productions from dance, theater and circus. Internationally renowned for its innovative strength, the festival transforms the city into a major cultural arena every year.

And this year there is a new format!

With LA STRADA MACHT SCHULE!, the LA STRADA team wants to make a contribution to the cultural education of children and young people. Art and culture open up new perspectives for young people, encourage creativity and provide space for humor, utopias, questions and imagination. Bremen school classes are therefore invited to exclusive, free performances on Friday, June 13, 2025. Places are limited and registration is required. The stage programs are organized according to age groups, so that the students are together in a class group on one stage.
